He utilized various communication channels such as WhatsApp, text messages, emails, and images to spread awareness. For two arduous years, Raunak and his team devoted themselves tirelessly to establishing their presence. Gradually, early adopters began to take notice, providing valuable feedback that refined the business and sharpened its focus. By 2016, their efforts bore fruit—what was initially a mere 5% inbound traffic rate had surged to 30%. The tide was turning.
In 2014, Raunak took a significant leap that altered the course of everything. He launched an offline marketing campaign, offering products at cost price or with substantial discounts. The immediate result was remarkable: the campaign drew in a substantial offline crowd, enhancing visibility and boosting sales. The business had undeniably made its mark.

In 2016, the company commenced importing high-efficiency, affordable products from China, sparking a substantial surge. They tapped into overlooked markets, delivering unparalleled value to customers. By 2017, they achieved ₹1 crore in annual sales. By 2023, that figure had quintupled.
