The ACS880-01 comes in a small and compact box, which makes it easy to install and get started with. You can mount it directly on a wall (which is the default option) or place it inside a cabinet if needed. It is designed to handle tough conditions and is protected against dust and water (up to IP55 level), so it works well in many different places.

This drive already includes all the important features you need. For example, it has a built-in part (called a choke) that helps reduce electrical noise. There are also extra add-on options like a brake chopper (to safely stop motors), EMC filters (to cut down interference), communication tools to connect with other systems, safety features, and extra input/output connectors.

You can also add other parts like filters for the output and resistors for braking, depending on what you need.

The ACS880-01 is also approved for use on ships, as it meets the rules of major marine certification bodies.
